At Lēna Sol, your satisfaction comes first. Here's how our process works:

Inspect on Delivery You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery. If you're happy with your items, payment is completed at that point. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the items to the delivery courier immediately — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated at the point of delivery.

What You Pay

• If you keep your order: full item price.
• If you return your order: delivery cost only. The items are free of charge.
